What to expect when starting therapy?
In the initial consultation, over one or two sessions, you will tell me about your challenges, and you will be able to learn more about me and the way I work. I will then share with you my recommendation for the way forward, and any other suggestions relevant to your circumstances. You will then be able to make an informed decision about how you want to procced.
If you choose to work with me, we will define the goals and throughout our work together will evaluate how helpful the process is.
How many sessions will be needed?
I offer a tailor-made service for the individual or couple’s specific needs and challenges. It’s difficult to forecast how many sessions will be required but I will be able to share with you my estimation of the need after the initial consultation (which is usually done over one or two sessions).
How do I know that you are the right therapist for me?
I offer a warm and non-judgemental approach to my clients and respect the individual’s values and personal choices. Still, choosing the right therapist is a big deal. I sometimes compare choosing a therapist to buying shoes – one needs shoes that are designed for their purpose, well-fitted, comfortable and cushioning, but also durable, enabling you to reach your destination. Call me for an initial short discussion and further information to make an informed decision if I’m the right therapist for you.

What type of sessions do you offer?
I work with couples and individuals and offer both short-term and open-ended

What are intensive sessions?
Intensives are one- or two-days long sessions for couples.
It is a transforming experience, designed to lead couples from conflict to connection, deepen intimacy and shed clarity over the core elements that drive power struggles, disconnection and pain in a relationship. The process will open up opportunities for you and your partner to deepen and strengthen your relationship, and in other cases, equip you with tools to separate while minimizing pollution and pain.
You will be coached through a safe and structured journey, tailored to your challenges and needs, and will receive my full attention and expertise, the culmination of more than 20 years of experience specialising in working with couples.
What are Single-session premium therapeutic consultations?
